T-Shirt Order Form

    For our 13 Going on 30 Celebration we made 90s themed Love Your Neighbor t-shirts. They will be available to purchase at our event on Friday, September 30th or here on-line. Please note if you order on-line and pick shipping we won't be able to get your shirt to you until 2 - 4 weeks after the event. If you order pick-up, you can pick-up at the event if we still have your size in stock or 2 - 4 weeks after the event. Each t-shirt is $20. Please add an additional $5 if you would like for us to ship it to you. Since this is not a technical order form page you will have to do the math yourself (we trust you and additional donations are not discouraged). All proceeds from the t-shirt sales will go to support our ministry efforts.
