T-Shirt Order Form

    • T-shirt is a teal blue with white lettering. 
    • Please note if you order online and select "shipping," we won't be able to get your shirt to you until 2 - 4 weeks after the Birthday Party on October 11th. If you order pick-up, you can get your shirt at the Birthday Party. If we are out of your size at the event, we will have it for you 2 - 4 weeks after the event. 
    • Each t-shirt is $20. Please add an additional $5 if you would like for us to ship it to you. Since this is not a technical order form page you will have to do the math yourself (we trust you and additional donations are not discouraged). All proceeds from the t-shirt sales will go to support our ministry efforts. T-shirts will be on sale at our Birthday Party on Friday, October 11th. Sizes available will be limited.
